Inspector Notes

The apartment was inspected following guest check-out. The TV stand was found to be broken; however, the television itself remains in good working condition and shows no visible signs of damage. The cost to purchase and install a replacement TV stand is estimated at $75. The bathroom sink was left in extremely poor condition and had not been cleaned prior to departure. Due to the condition in which the bathroom was left, approximately three hours of additional cleaning were required to restore it to an acceptable standard. Apart from the issues noted above, the remaining areas of the property were inspected and documented accordingly.
